Have your tried doing file, save as then picking Word 97-2003 from the drop down box
Graham S.18 Jul 2017Hi Cath thank you for the tip, did look at drop down box could not see Word 2003 I have had this issue before and have had to have previous documents reformatted.
Cath W.18 Jul 2017Hi, it should be there somewhere, mine is about 3rd one down. You could try just changing the file path to .doc
I can't do the work for at least 2 days, so trying to help and save you time and money.
