We have a one-off admin task we need help with as resources are stretched and we cannot cover this job.
We need someone to attend a public court hearing in central London (postcode: WC2A 2LL) and take notes throughout the day. You will then need to write up the notes and email them to our office. Word-for-word transcription is NOT required but we do need a semi-detailed summary of the key points and arguments.
Digital recordings in court are sometimes frowned upon, however, if you wish to sit and record the hearing and send us the file this is actually preferred and no notes will be required. The audio quality will need to be good enough for us to transcribe ourselves.
The court hearing is scheduled for Tuesday 23rd May 2017 at 10am and is expected to take 4-6 hours. It is in open court so members of the public will be permitted to sit in the gallery.
Notes will need to be provided within 24 hours of the hearing either via a scan of handwritten notes (assuming your handwriting is neat) or rewriting on computer.
To confirm, you will need to be present in Central London on Tuesday 23rd May to carry out this job, it cannot be done remotely.

Hi Thomas,
Please can you tell me about more about what sort of hearing it will be and about yourself (who I am essentially working for?)
Also, how long do you want the document to be and how detailed?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Sue
