I am hoping you can help me. I work for an estate agent and we are looking for some administration support.
The main task would be transcribing electronic dictation for property details, standard customer care letters and some general business letters. The dictations would not be long and the property details have a template which I can send. Below is an example of what might be expected. We also need again probably short business letters. I need someone who has good English to ensure the results delivered are grammatically correct with good spelling.
Turnaround is generally not needed on the same day but within 24 hours.

We expect to need 10 property details a month so there would not be a huge amount of work. I am expanding our administration to include customer care letters. This would be taking information and inserting it - sometimes with dictated text into a template letter.
