Experience Level: Expert
We require telephone manning from 8am-10pm 7days/week for our Serviced Accommodation business.
The average number of calls answered per week is approximately 40 however this can vary from 10-60. The busiest times of day are generally from 5-7pm.
Most calls are enquiries regarding guests struggling to check in or general enquiries e.g. wifi passwords which we will provide clear instructions on how to handle, you will be required to access and be able to read our calendar and basic guest information.
Pay will be £1.25inc. VAT per call.
