Experience Level: Entry
We are opening our new company within the next 2 weeks and we are looking for a person to answer customer phone calls between office hours ( Mon - Fri 8 am to 6 pm) .
We have an 0844 number and thsi will be directed to your phone number.
You will answer the phone calls in the name of the comapany and

1. May take messages from the customer

2. Provide details on our policies ect (1 A4 page given to you with details - not a big job!)

In the future we may look at expanding this opportunity to take payments over the phone on our behalf too.

Our budget is £0.40p per call. We will of course pre pay and the balance will be deducted each time.

Our current messaging service's average call is below 2 minutes.

Call will have to be answered promptly and reguarly in a professional manner ( no children screaming in the background ) or gone to tesco so please leave a message, etc.


Full training and ongoing support will be given .
