1. Answer calls from customer
2. Record details of user
- Usual case (Name, Mobile number, email, action required)
- If refund requested (Name, Contact, Email, Identity number, Bank account number, Bank name, bank address, IBAN no of bank)
3. Compile all user details and email back to us
Requirement:
Able to communicate in English & Swedish (verbal & written)
Good in communication skill & listening skill
Customer service orientation
Pay: US$ 1.00 per transaction
