Dear All,

I am looking for a personal assistant for my rapidly growing Carbon business;

Because the business is still young I have to be frugal on costs initially. As such, I have asked for bids under 10 GBP per hour. However, this is not set in stone going forward.

I am looking for a wide variety of skills within the PA job descriptions:

Telephone Answering: Because I travel quite frequently, we need someone who can handle calls, take messages and pass these on to appropriate parties. I would simply divert the office number to your number when appropriate. We would of course cover the cost of routed call.

Telephone Work: At times I would also need you to make calls on my behalf, perhaps even booking appointments or even making a few introductory sales calls to potential clients.

Email Services: At times, I would need you to send and receive emails on my behalf and of course your behalf when you have tasks to achieve. We can set you up with an email address on your pc so you can do this.

Invoicing: If you would like to expand your role within the firm, maybe you would like to start invoicing clients and possibly run the accounts receivable book.

Presentation: If you have good experience of word and power point from time to time we organise newsletters and promotions. This can take a lot of my time and I am not particularly good at it, so it makes sense if you could help out here.

Organisational Skills: There are promotional events to organise, board meetings, travel arrangements and such like, so if you have the skills to assist with these this is an added bonus.

The role has the potential to expand significantly over time with the company, so would suit someone that is expert in these fields as opposed to a absolute generalist. It is after all, a Personal Assistant I am looking for primarily.

A great telephone voice and manner is essential, so I look forward to hearing from you.




p.s There is a non disclosure and non compete agreement that I would ask you to sign if we are successful in hiring you. This is not restrictive for any future work you may take on, but as we are covered by NDA agreements with our clients we must extend these agreements to our operatives.
