We require home based telephone advisors to take calls on our UK helpline.
The helpline provides assistance with using various websites on the internet such as social networks, auctions and email services.
You would be required take inbound calls, listen to customers problems and give appropriate advice and assistance. This often requires researching the problem online and then talking the caller through what needs to be done.
Common queries:
- How do I reset my password?
- My account has been hacked - what should I do?
- How do I close my account?
You must:
- Be computer literate
- Have a good telephone manner
- Be confident
You don't need to be "technical", just someone that loves to talk lots!
We will pay 15p per minute while you are on calls. The more minutes you're talking, the more you earn.
When bidding, please state the days/times you can work. The service can operate 24 hours a day.
You must have a telephone number we can put calls through to (not a mobile). Callers will not know your telephone number as we will just divert calls to you for your shift.
