PLEASE NOTE THIS JOB IS NOT FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, ON-SITE ATTENDANCE WILL BE REQUIRED
I am looking for an experienced freelance receptionist/ admin to assist at an office in Central London for 1 week or possibly 2 from Monday 8th September 2014 - please send a proposal if you are available for the 2 weeks. Experience working in a law firm would be ideal. Experience working in an office/ on reception along with relevant admin is a must. Main duties include taking calls, messages, photocopying, assisting clients in reception, dealing with post, any other admin as may be requested.
Please note that the rate quoted below is for 1 week and consists of a daily rate of £50.00 plus estimated travel expenses at £11.00 per day - travel expenses will be adjusted to reflect actual spend. The hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm with an hour off for lunch.
Please get in touch if you have the experience, and can commit to the required duration. Only individuals located within the LONDON ZONES please as there's a limit on reasonable travel expenses claimable.
