Experience Level: Entry
We require an experienced call handler to take calls out of hours, between 6pm and 9am UK time, and weekends. The role will be on an ongoing basis, and will initially pay per call taken, but will subsequently revert to a fixed hourly rate depending on call volumes received.

We operate a 24/7 call answering service on behalf of 3rd party clients, taking technical enquiries and then forwarding them on to a specialist advisory line. The operation is to commence on the 1st of April, but will need to be set up and operationally ready before then.

Applicants MUST have broadband and VOIP (Internet telephone headset) equipment, as our systems operate exclusively via the internet, with the person requiring set up on this system.

This would particularly suit a person currently providing similar service across these times, in which case all additional calls taken would represent incremental income.
