I am looking for an ongoing customer service person to handle incoming calls from my clients\' customers. I operate a Virtual Office Services and Training Services business and pride myself on customer service so you must have an excellent telephone manner, proactive attitude and be reliable as well as computer literate.
I need someone Monday to Wednesday 2.00pm - 4.30pm and there will be overtime available which could be quite regularly. IE holiday cover etc.
You will be taking messages and emailing them to clients. You will also be required to give quotes over the phone from customer websites and take orders and use on line forms etc. On occasion I will need you to make follow up calls to my own enquiries and do other adhoc tasks.
Someone with a customer service and telesales background and also the ability to touch type would be useful as I may like to combine this with a telemarketing role where by you\'ll be monitoring clicks to the newsletters, actively responding to leads, finding leads and following up calls in an effort to gain business and this would mean more hours. Also on occasion do audio transcriptions so any secretarial skills would also be ideal.
This role will be working on site at our new office in Farnham and you will be employed on PAYE on a temp to perm basis. .
