Experience Level: Entry
This role would suit a local person due to the hours. The primary role of the customer services support coordinator is to answer the telephones to provide office support.

Key responsibilities:

Answer telephones within 3 rings and pass on message via email or transfer as appropriate and log the messages .

Assist with any projects as required by line manager - current ongoing responsibilities are:

Check course schedule weekly and schedule all listed courses and dates on various training pages

Follow up newsletter clicks

Some data entry using Excel

Work on a selection of assigned client projects
Help other team members as necessary during holiday period to ease workload

Other duties:

• Admin tasks as required
• Follow up calls as required
• General office support
• Filing
• Research

Person Specification:

Essential Attributes

o Self starter
o Can do attitude - willing to muck in without being asked
o Proactive - not have to be constantly monitored, advised what to do
o Good telephone manner - very professional
o IT literate
o Customer service focused - customer is always right

Desirable Attributes
o Good command of the English Language
o Typing skills
