Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have a customer which uses a Cisco 2921 as a voice router with CUCM. They have 2 incoming ISDN lines, one works and one doesnt. We can plug into any of the ports on the Cisco router for one of the lines and this works, using for the other line in the same port does not work.
We know the line works as we setup with an NEC system and it receives and sends.
We need someone to go over the config of the voice router and CUCM to make sure the lines are setup correctly to receive and make calls. Can you provide instances where you'd done this before or the method you'd use?
This would be remote support with access to CUCM and Cisco voice router
