Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a UK based mature native English speaking call handler.
We are currently selling a property business and are looking for a call handler to handle the possible calls that we may receive from the affected tenants.
We are selling to another landlord and have been advised that they will retain our tenants so no immediate changes are anticipated.
We will be providing a Questions and Answers sheet to the tenants affected by the sale but are aware that some tenants may still call in for information or to try and talk to the landlord.
The person for this job would be provided with the questions and answers and take messages for any questions that are not on the sheet and after conferring with us go back to the tenant with the information.
We are aware that the tenant will be keen to talk to the landlord directly and we are looking for an intermediary to field the calls.
We are looking for someone who will be able to take calls between regular office hours 9-5.
Tenants will be notified of the change from 21st February so we will be looking for this as a start date. We are unsure of how long we may need the service so are looking for a pay per call option maybe? We are open to suggestion as to how it may work as we have never looked for this service before so any suggestions welcome. We are looking for a friendly person who may need to be assertive with any persistent or agitated tenants. As the transfer of landlord will not require any tenants to vacate their homes we are anticipating more of a shock questions than any truly distressed tenants.
