An extremely fast growing strategic business development company based in London is currently looking for a PA to support the CEO and Executive Director.
This is a part-time 3 months contract leading to a full time position.
The successful candidate will provide a confidential secretarial and PA support including complex diary management and the administration of key meetings and events.
The role will require to prepare presentations, plan and manage diaries, travel and accommodation requirements, anticipating and responding to changing situations, arranging appointments, meetings and events as appropriate.
Key activities will include:
• Answering the CEO’s calls and emails as required and handling his diary and queries
• preparing correspondence on the CEO’s behalf and taking dictation if required
• Preparing presentations and papers for meetings
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Organizing meetings
• Attending meetings if required and writing minutes
• Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
• Conducting research on the internet
• Writing letters, reports, executive summaries, newsletters, preparing updates and typing documents
• Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
• Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
Skills/Experienced Required:
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Flexibility
• Adaptability
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
• Organisational skills
• Communication skills
• Administration skills
Also, considered as a plus:
• Fluent spoken and/or written in Farsi
• Fluent in any other language
• A degree in English, business, IT, languages, information science, administration or management can be beneficial
• Previous clerical, secretarial or commercial work experience
• Previous Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Any additional secretarial qualifications/credentials
• Ability to manage budgets
This is an opportunity to work for a fast growing consulting company, in a fast paced and dynamic team. You will be able to think on your feet, plan ahead and be incredibly organised to support an entrepreneurial individual.
This is a part-time 3 month contract position, 4-5 hours a day. It is highly possible that the contract will lead to a permanent full-time position.
Our office is in Mayfair but you can work from home most of the time, with ability to come to office if necessary.
Compensation is 10-15 Pound/hour depending on the expertise and skills.
