My company provides an ongoing professional social media engagement service to both professionals and small businesses all over the world. With a company motto "Quality over Quantity".
We are currently looking for someone to join our company who could bring excellent English literary skills and amazing customer service to our existing clients and potential new business.
Ideally, the successful candidate would like near Fife and Edinburgh, Scotland however, this is not essential. Applicants worldwide will be considered. The role of 'Client Relations' will be part time of 2 hours per week. These hours will increase in-line with our business requirements. It will be necessary for you to research our companies goals and objectives, respond to clients emails and queries in a timely manner. We are actively seeking someone who can show initiative and bring ideas to improve as we grow.
Requirements:
Excellent English Literary Skills.
Excellent written communication.
A good understanding of Social Media, Marketing and Sales.
Self motivated.
Proactive.
Helpful but not essential:
HubSpot CRM.
Microsoft Office (Excel).
Hours: 2 Hours per week with the aim to grow as the company expands.
Interview: A telephone interview is required.
We aim for high-quality human like customer service as there is nothing worse than robotic responses
