I’m involved with several businesses and require a personal assistant on an ad-hoc and on-going basis.
Current businesses include: outsourcing/bpo company, marketing agency, recruitment and office rental. We operate mainly in the UK & Europe and USA. I’d like someone who has experience and/or an interest in these sectors.
I need someone reliable and organised we can be on demand to handle various tasks. I need an all-rounder who is willing to get stuck in and get the job done, so a positive ‘can do’ mentality is essential.
Tasks may include:
Admin, secretarial, making calls, dealing with emails, writing/sending letters, data tasks, online research, recruitment (screening and arranging interviews), writing documents, travel arrangements, placing orders and other tasks as required.
Excellent communication skills essential (written and verbal) and must be computer literate.
My working style is professional and fast paced but not formal, so I’m looking for someone who is easy to work with, friendly, trustworthy consistent and adaptable. I like to keep things simple and take action so you should too.
