I'm a Business intelligence professional who works full-time in the pharmaceutical sector. I have been running/developing my social enterprise on the side and I'm now looking to hire a freelance PA to help bring my organisation into a trading and operational business.

►Background
We are a Social Enterprise designed to build confidence amongst young people and assist them with entering careers in the creative industry. We achieve this by providing recruitment, project management (events and campaigns) and talent management consultancy services to organisations particularly within, but not limited to the creative industry. The industry knowledge we acquire through these strong client relationships is invested in the provision of career development services for young people.
We also run initiatives to address youth affairs, our latest being The Red Alert Beauty Campaign which encourages self-esteem and confidence amongst young women.
►Role
We are looking for a highly creative and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a freelance PA and Marketing Assistant in London. You'll be supporting the organisation initially on an adhoc basis (minimum of 16 hours for 1 month) with the aim of growing with the business and providing more regular support long-term.
You would be joining a start-up organisation and working closely with the Managing Director to oversee the running of the organisation and the management of our client accounts across all areas of business. In addition to carrying out administrative duties you will be working with the marketing and PR team on all aspects of The Red Alert Beauty Campaign including marketing, event management and fundraising. You will also be expected to engage in business development opportunities for the company. The role may involve some expenses covered travel where you may be expected to meet clients and attend and/or facilitate events.

•Ability to work on your own initiative is essential
