Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO on day-to-day tasks. These tasks may include scheduling events on the CEO’s calendar, updating vital documents for the CEO, and executing on other duties related to personal assistance as requested. This is a critical position which can only be assumed by someone who is organized, detailed, flexible, and committed to confidentiality. Multi-tasking; strong research; and exceptional time management skills are required.
Responsibilities
Manage CEO’s calendar and assist in meeting scheduling.
Update CEO’s documents on Google Drive.
Prepare CEO’s speaking events.
Transcribe and send out important messages on the CEO’s behalf.
Unsubscribe the CEO from junk mail and ensuring Rollup newsletter service functioning.
Research potential funders, partners and clients in preparation of CEO outreaches and meetings.
Input business contacts and log communications in Salesforce relationship database.
Backup CEO’s phone to Apple iCloud weekly.
Print and scan documents as requested.
Assist Development Business Unit by sending out fundraising letters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree -- or equivalent training.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional critical thinking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Competence with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Drive and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Position is in-office in San Francisco, CA
