Experience Level: Intermediate
We run courses related to building new houses more sustainably. We need someone to administer the next 11 courses. Specifically
Research and book venues (11 in total, with 3 already known, so 8 to find)
When delegate signs up - send invoice copying us in
email details of venue and workshop to delegates
Create delegate lists
print labels
scan and produce brief evaluation report in excel
Answer non-technical queries from delegates regarding the venue or general arrangements
When course is full, contact by phone to ask if they would like to attend in a different location or be put a our waiting list for future courses at that location.
We will hold courses almost every week from 11th Nov to 14th Dec 2010, then 11th Jan 2011 to 14th Feb 2011.
We need someone who will be available during the above periods for a few (maybe 3 to 6 ) flexible hours each week (but we don;t know exactly yet). Initially to book all the venues, then to start responding to the bookings coming in.

We are only inviting from a a shortlist of the people who put in a bid previously. Thanks for your previous bid and now we would appreciate if you could respond to this offer, as we are now ready to go ahead.
