Hi there,

We are a friendly yet small marketing consultancy based in Ealing, London looking to grow.

We have started a rather large contract with a leading property company in Ealing and Chiswick. We are in need of someone to help us for a few hours a week with some admin tasks.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, professional, honest and reliable - someone who can get things done.
Someone who is not scared of mucking in and getting onto it.

The lucky candidate will have an absolute variety of tasks which can not be pinned down as a set of tasks as the work mainly depends on what our clients want done but tasks will include things such as:
* Setting appointments
* Making bookings
* E-mailing and Letter writing
* Diary management
* Dealing with incoming phone calls and making calls
* Act as a gatekeeper from time to time
* Tweeting and Blogging
* Liaising with service providers such as graphic designers etc

The above will not always take place in one day but should show you the variation that is involved with this role.

We have to also mention that this role initially needs to be done from Ealing, Chiswick or surrounding areas. We have tried the remote working system but it poses some issues unless you are based around West London.
