Extract pricing and other data from UK grocery websites via API

I require various data from UK grocery websites as I will be reselling their products on a Shopify website.

I need data such as:
- Price
- Product title
- Image
- Description
- Weight
- Barcode

I see that the UK supermarket Tesco has an API here that may help: https://www.tescolabs.com/category/api/

Please let me know if you have any experience in this and whether you would be able to provide me with a daily spread sheet of data or a direct feed into my Shopify store? I will only need data from one supermarket, Tesco would suffice for now.

If you are able to download and then show me an example of this data that would be ideal.
