Processing and uploading property pictures onto websites
Writing property descriptions, measurements and details
Answering the phone (mobile provided) during agreed hours
Calling/writing/emailing utilities, councils and other service providers
Calling/writing/emailing tenants
Calling/writing/emailing landlords
Entering dates onto the shared calendar after booking appointments
Communicating with company staff (usually by phone)
Being available for the weekly conference call between 3/4 people (usually takes place on Monday, the time changes according to diary commitments)
Editing, saving and organising documents and data on the estate agent system
Ordering supplies
Sourcing quotes for work and equipment
Chasing up and sending items (documents, appointments, etc) when required
Printing and sending letters (supplies will be provided and costs met)
Other enquiries and document filing
Populating forms, agreements and leases with information as and when required
The job is for Mon-Fri and occasionally extra days may be required, which will be discussed with as much notice as possible. At the moment the workload is rarely constant with peak and quiet times during the day; this may change as the business develops. It means that much of the work can be undertaken around other commitments, however you would be expected to respond to phone calls or urgent requests on demand.
The job is for a developing small business. Initiative, flexibility and commitment are crucial. There is significant potential for much greater prospects and rewards for the right person.
