Job Description
We are seeking a well-spoken receptionist for our clients in the greater Country areas. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that will pay between $12-$14 an hour depending on experience. A qualified candidate will have experience in an office setting and a friendly personality. We are seeking a reliable professional who is customer focused and highly motivated.
JOB DUTIES:
- Greeting walk-in guests with a friendly approach
- Covering the front reception area
- Provide and direct guest and calls as appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service in a professional, positive and efficient manner
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks (filing, data entry, formatting reports, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
2-3 years of receptionist and/or administrative experience
Must be outgoing and professional
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic MS Office skills
