I need an experienced admin assistant and secretary with experience in taking on day to day admin roles and multi tasking. Person should have the experience of the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and general computer usage, good idea of invoice management and other office duties. There is no choice of remote working in this role and the person should be proactive, have a good personality and intelligent. Location of work will be from Central London 9am - 5pm monday to friday, so it is basically not a role that can be taken on part time basis or one which is available to people living outside London.
