Experience Level: Intermediate
I'm currently looking for a virtual assistant to join my team on an ongoing basis. This role will support me (the founder and CEO of an Australian Personal Branding business) with email advice provision and sales support for potential clients who are looking to position themselves in a competitive recruitment market.
I predict that I'll require around 3 to 5 hours support per day, but this may increase or decrease seasonally. I'm keen to have someone on board who is flexible with their working hours to suit business demands.
We are growing quite rapidly this year, and as a result, have several projects on the horizon that you'll be able to participate in too. These projects will see you gain exposure to the personal branding arena, the ever-changing and always-exciting recruitment world that we are shaping, and will put your project coordination and research skills to good use.
Most importantly, your English grammar and spelling will be of the highest order (UK English). I will provide full training to the new incumbent in systems and processes. You must possess a desire to learn, have high levels of integrity and accountability, AND be able to demonstrate experience where you've gone above and beyond to solve customer problems and understand customer needs.
Interest in or knowledge of the recruitment industry would be advantageous but not essential.
