Description
Experience Level: Entry
I rented a corporate flat in July 2018. The letting agent promised to make the necessary repairs. Several repairs remain outstanding. I would like you to send letters to the letting agent to follow up on the (lack of) progress at least three times per week.
Current outstanding issues:
1.) The curtains in the living room were not installed properly. They need to be rehung.
2.) The inventory check in report is unacceptable. It is a bunch of pictures with a few words. I want the letting agent to request a detailed report from either the landlord or from the builder. I have all of the contact details. The builder told me that only the Landlord or their agent can request the original inventory report that was created during the sale of the property.
3.) The smart panel is not working. An electrician has been identified. They came once, said they would return and have not. That was a month ago. I want you to chase the letting agent to ensure the electrician returns to fix the panel and ensure the intercom works.
The original bid amount said $40 per hour. That was a mistake! Bid amount is $10 per hour
