We need a customer support person to answer software tickets remotely from home.
This is a full time position / 8 hours a day minimum.
This is a long term position, as users always have support issues.
We sell software online and need someone to do customer support for all our software users.
The type of software we sell range from graphic design tools, ebook makers, website editors, video software, etc.
Our customers are digital marketers.
Training will be provided to get you up to speed.
You should already have customer support / helpdesk experience.
You must have EXCELLENT written English skills, and be fluent in speaking English.
You should have a technical mind, be able to learn our software and then support our customers with all their issues.
Typical issues from customers can range from queries such as:
- "Where are my logins"
- "How do I do XYZ"
- How do I upgrade?
- "Why isn't my software working"
- "Give me a refund" - (Here you would try SAVING sales)
You must have EXCELLENT written English skills, and be fluent in speaking English.
You must be able to touch type fast.
You must be able to get thru tickets FAST, while maintaining quality and great customer satisfaction.
Please let me know if you have relevant customer experience, are technically inclined to support software users, and if you've used any helpdesks before? ie. Zendesk.
