I am looking to create a spreadsheet with various drop down boxes for data input.
I want to a front page for data entry for monthly expenses, which would include total amount, net and gross (VAT values to calculate automatically), credit card numbers, area of expenditure ( a list will be supplied to include Hotels, fuel, motorway expenses accommodation etc.
I want to be able to keep each monthly set of expenses separate but have the ability to collate data for a whole year. For example in I might require to calculate the total spend on fuel over a period not necessarily a calendar month.
Each voucher, which is input, needs to have a number and this number should carry over to the spreadsheet for future identification.
Very willing to use an existing system if available and can be upgraded as we need it.
I have a current years expenses which I would like to then be inputted onto the spread sheet as part of the project.
A previous attempt has been made on this however I want to start again from scratch
