I am looking for someone to compile data based on specific web research into a spreadsheet.
This involves the following steps:
1. Researching a small number of websites each day
2. Identifying companies that match a set criteria (provided)
3. Visiting those company websites to gather their contact information (name, address, phone number etc)
4. Identifying specific the key person (or key people) within that company (via website and LinkedIn)
5. Entering that person's email address into the spreadsheet along with the company data
There would be an initial amount of work to go back into the website archives to identify these companies over the last few months and then - subject to this being a success - a regular amount of work to do this on a weekly basis.
I would like the data to be provided in a Google Doc spreadsheet (format provided).
In your response please indicate:
1. How you would go about this
2. How you would ensure the right quality
3. Any similar experience/successes
4. Approximately how long you'd take per record
