Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Hey there,
I have an Excel sheet that contains 130 event names (and their websites), and I am looking for someone who could go to each of these websites and find out how many visitors and exhibitors are expected to attend each event. Most of these websites are in English, however some might be in a different language so you might have to chance the language preferences at the top level navigation or alternatively use Google Translator (via Chrome).
Visitor/exhibitor numbers can be hiding in various places on the website under different tabs, pages and exhibitor/sponsorship brochures). This project requires the ability to quickly scan though event websites and spot where these numbers have been displayed.
I would suggest to first look under tabs such as “Why Exhibit?, Why Visit? Event Info and About the Show”. Also, may events publish post-show reports (that can be downloaded in pdf format) - these reports almost always contain attendee data from last year. YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE VISITOR/EXHIBITOR NUMBERS FROM 2017 OR 2016.
Our company has plenty market research/data entry related projects coming up that we could use some help with, so if we were to establish a good partnership I would happily get you involved with more projects with us.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Steven
