Hi,
We are trying to create a spreadsheet within the NHS to track clients and attempt to facilitate early discharges from the wards. Whereas clinically I am sound, computers and excel is my nemisis.
I have an idea as to how I would like it to look like however this is scribed on a piece of paperand blow me if I know how to attach it. I'm sure its in fact a very simple spreadsheet that would possibly take you a very short amount of time to complete however would not be conducive of NHS time if I was to try to complete it.
I will attempt to explain and hopefully this may be something that you could consider otherwise I could scan in my piece of paper!
Sheet 1-4 (I would like the same charts to be on each one of these sheets as they depict 4 wards in the hospital.
These 3 charts to be on one sheet and there be fluidity running between these two charts.
Chart 1
Titled - Awaiting initial assessment
2 columns
Name | Outcome Tracking -- On outcome tracking I would like an option of three buttons working on a traffic light system. Red would move to Chart 3 Amber would move to chart 2 on the same sheet. Green would move details of name on to sheet 5.
Chart 2 Titled Potential/Under Review
5 columns - Name | Last R/V date | Notes (This to expand to allow for reasonably long entries) | Next review date (Box to go red when review date due) | Outcome - This would have two buttons Red and Green. Once again green button would move clients to sheet 5. Red button to chart 3.
Chart 3 Titled HTT Not Supported
Four columns - Name | Reason | Review date (This does not need to change colour)| Final Outcome - Two buttons under this column - Amber which will pull information such as name and reason back in to chart 2. Red button will pull information in to sheet 6.
Chart 4
Bed Capacity (Usually 18)
Bed State (Number of beds currently filled)
Bed vacancy (Capacity - bed state)
Sheet 5 - Admission to Home Treatment Team (HTT)
This would allow four columns - Name | Date of Admission to Ward | Date Accepted to Home Treatment Team | Number of days on the ward (Once accepted by HTT client is then discharged from the ward.)
Sheet 6 - Discharge without HTT.
Similar to sheet 5. Name |Date of admission | Date of Discharge | Number of days on the ward | Reason for HTT not supported.
Is this possible? If so how long would this take?
I look forward to hearing from you!
Emily
