Got a spreadsheet that I need to complete but have a million and one other tasks that need completing...nothing new!!
It's not a difficult task, however, it will take a keen eye and a bit of online research. I have a list of shares and bonds, that I need the dividend payment months for (the month in which the dividend was paid. Last year's dividend payment dates can be used or projected dates.
What you need to do is copy the ISIN, from column J and then search the internet for this stock. Using an online resource (there's plenty of them) find out what the dividend month is. It may pay once, twice or four times a year.
Once you've found out when the div is paid, type the month into the div date box, as per the fields already completed.
If you cannot find a dividend date (after much searching) leave the field blank. Some of these dividend dates are awkward to find, however, 99% of them are available online, sometimes buried amongst other financial info.
There are 28 fields that need completing. Task should take around 2 hours approx. Needs to be done today, ASAP so please do not quote if you can't complete the task today.
It is imperative that the data you input is correct.

Hi Russell, before I quote could I have a couple of rows example of this to make sure I understand what you want (which I believe I do). I don't want to wait your time. Vanessa
