We have a large database of tutors in two formats (paper & exel spreadsheet) and we would like to create a Office Access database with some additional functions to what we have currently. We will provide the paper information and a copy of the current spreadsheet by post. There are currently 300 - 350 people on the database and in paper form. We also have for most of the tutors copies of relevant certificates and ologies, we would like them scanned into the Access database if this possible.
