We are looking for an assistant manager who will assist us in running the operation at three storage facilities. You, along with the property manager, will be responsible for the financial health and growth of the facility. Sales, customer service, and time-management skills will be necessary. Some computer skills and admin experience will also be needed. Self-Storage experience is not necessary but the above skills are.
This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic business environment with a growing company. This is a 40-hour per week position and you must be able to work Saturdays. The starting pay is $13.00-$14.00 per hour. Full health benefits, PTO, and a performance compensation plan are also part of the position.
A Day in the Life:
Display a "customer comes first" attitude delivering legendary customer service.
Assess the best rate and unit size for the customer's needs and close the deal
Face to face marketing with the local community
Know the ins and outs of your property and manage improvements
Being a Team Player and accepting new challenges
Exceed monetary and operational goals
