KeyNest.com is a fast-growing startup based in London, with clients all over the UK and France. We have a nationwide network of partner shops which hold keys to our customers' properties so they can be collected by Airbnb guests, cleaners, etc. We are an official partner of Airbnb.
We are looking for 1-2 very reliable individuals to take inbound customer service calls during weekends (and ideally also between 7pm and 9am on weekdays). The calls typically come from Airbnb guests to whom we just need to give contact details of their hosts. Most of these calls are sorted within 1-3 minutes and require no follow-up, although there are also some more complicated calls which can take up to 10 minutes.
We offer £2.50 per call. If you were taking calls continuously you'd be able to take 15 - 20 calls per hour, but as the number and timing of calls is unpredictable, this job is ideal for someone who is already at or nearby a computer anyway. You can expect to earn around £50 for a half day, which typically involves around 1h of work scattered between 20 calls.
Due to the nature of this role you will need to be trained in person at our West London offices over 2 days. This is required in order for you to learn how to deal with all the possible scenarios, and in order to familiarise yourself with our technology platform, our operational processes and the rest of the team.
