Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
We receive some food delivery orders via email. When an email order is received you will
1. Receive an email alert
2. Go to our website, enter the customers infor and place the order (a generic logic is provided via which you will login to the site and place the order).
3. Open our order database (we have a handy app as well) and mark the order as placed
4. Sometimes customers order items that are no longer on the menu or outside of hours e.g. breakfast item ordered during lunch time
5. If that is the case, you will open our customer messaging portal (again app is available) and message the customer offering a swap. If the branch is closed you will tell them the order has to be cancelled
I prefer someone who can work US night time so 1am PDT - 12pm PDT though I am open to other shifts as well and hiring 2-3 people to work different shifts. In this shift you will receive about 5 - 25 orders to place e.g. today there were 5, yesterday there were 8
Long term commitment is a must. The person who currently holds this position has been doing this for 2 years. But has being slacking and missing orders for the last few months so I am now looking for a replacement.
Orders have to be placed IMMEDIATELY as we promise to deliver within 45 minutes! So you can't place an order 1 hour late and say oh I was at dinner
This is great for someone who currently works fulltime as a freelancer or VA and wants some additional, easy long-term income. Pay is 90/month for above shift. If you are interested in a shorter shift please share your FLAT monthly rate for that

Have you considered automating this whole process using something like food-ordering.co.uk ?
