Hi everyone!
To confirm you've read this application- can you let me know what colours are on the Ireland flag?
I'm looking for an ad-hoc customer service agent who can utilise our customer service ticket software (and potentially incoming DM's across social) 5 days a week. Some days we can have 10 queries, other days 70-90- so ideally a flexible working candidate would be beneficial.
I'm looking for someone who can come in at a ground level and help where we sorely need help. We run a small operation but want to make CS a set and forget priority with a helping hand. In an ideal world, we would love someone who can come in- suggest improvements to our operations and business, as well as answering customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- The price per hour is negotiable here. We're happy to pay by ticket or by reply. Whatever gets you motivated
- We want someone who can grow in this role over time. Someone with a passion for eCommerce would be a great fit!
- You'll have direct access to the founder of the biz at all times. Any questions, we're here.
- To get the job, we'll send out a few test questions. Answering these accurately won't be important but will be more of a measure of how you will respond to queries.
In terms of experience, we'd ideally like you to have some use of:
- Shopify
- Bold Recurring Orders
- Intercom
