We are seeking Call Center Representatives for CONTRACT assignments. This is long-term contract assignment opportunity. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls in addition to other work items. Successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, be personable over the phone, be well-versed in computer systems, and network functions. Candidates should be reliable, and able to provide outstanding customer service.

Shifts Available: 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:30-6pm, and 11:30am-8pm
Responsibilities include:
Responding to routine customer inquiries via phone and email using scripted responses.
Documenting all call details into case management system (CRM).
Adhering to call center compliance metrics and service level agreements.
Providing world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
Experience:
2-3 years’ experience in an inbound call center environment required.
Must possess excellent and professional communication skills, flexible, organized, attention to detail, able to work in a team environment, and handle difficult customer situations.
Intermediate to advance computer skills required with proficiency in navigating multiple systems/databases.
