Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
The role will be in support to the directors of the company, and will involve all the admin and customer (tenant) management aspects of renting properties from start to finish.
I absolutely need someone UK based, with great attention to detail, a high standard of spoken and written English, efficiency, discretion, a warm and friendly customer service style, and who feels satisfaction / enjoyment in being the supporter role.
Our tenants are mostly young (20's and 30's) outgoing professionals so the candidate will ideally have a personality that can connect with this demographic.
Daily activities:
- posting / renewing / updating advertisements for available properties
- responding to email and telephone queries (telephone queries will be call backs, so the candidate should ideally have unlimited minutes available on their phone).
- booking in appointments
- reference checking, preparing forms & contracts
- handling maintenance issues
- guiding tenants through the move-out process
You will work within our online management program, and websites for advertising. Training will be provided.
Projects / tasks are detailed within Asana, so familiarity with Asana would be helpful (or just be a quick learner).
All document templates are provided.
You will need to be available to work between 9am and 6pm, but will be paid for the actual hours worked (at a guess, it could be anywhere from 1 to 3 hours in total per day). I use TimeDoctor to track time.
I am keen to improve efficiency and professionalism in the business, and also the level of guidance and information we give to tenants at different stages of their time renting with us, so you may be required to create some automation processes (some automation functions are available in the management program we use).

Thanks for your message. Yes, the role will require making calls to follow up reference checks and book in appointments, so someone UK based will be able to do that using their free mobile phone minutes.
