Based in the heart of London, www.bigfoottutors.com is a dynamic and rapidly growing tech start up business with big ambitions.
Bigfoot is a leading online learning business that provides a new and exciting way for students to learn, using our proprietary digital classroom technology. Over the next 12 months we have plans to become a leader in the online learning world.
As we expand we are looking for a motivated and ambitious sales person to join our friendly and talented team. The right candidate will become an integral member of the team, taking on a high level of responsibility in a short space of time.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating client inquiries and the acquisition of new customers.
- Daily telephone CRM operations.
- Assisting with our sales strategy.
- Working closely with Development, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Building customer relationships.
- Reporting directly into the CEO of business.
Required:
- Self-starter with heaps of initiative and energy.
- Highly personable with excellent phone manner and customer facing skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good team working/management skills.
- Sound analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
