We are a membership site based in the UK and are looking for a native English speaker (US applicants and UK Natives living abroad welcomed) to work with us for the long term and become part of the team. Many of our team are from the UK or US but living abroad and working remotely.
Seeking someone enthusiastic, reliable, with attention to detail and keen to do a good job who wants to join a team for a long term, hopefully permanent, role.
We need someone to spend 5 hours a day replying to Zendesk tickets and updating users subscriptions.
Requirements:
- Fast Worker - You need to be able to clear a minimum number of tickets per hour, to a very high standard of customer satisfaction as well as with the best interests of the company in mind.
- English language mother tongue or living in an English speaking country. Please do not apply if you are not an English native speaker.
- Experience of Zendesk a plus
- Reliable - Always available when agreed, no excuses please!
- Friendly - good customer service attitude
- Need to be available on Skype for IM
- 4 hours free per day - we are flexible on when these hours are - You can work any time of the day.
- Easy to work with
- Detail orientated and passionate about organisation
- Patience. Always a happy and friendly response no matter what the customer says.
- Tenacious sales attitude - willing to pick up the phone and sign up customers, take payment, win back unhappy customers, if needed.
Duties:
- Replying to Zendesk tickets, Zendesk Experience preferable
- Answering customer questions
- Cancelling customer accounts
- Adjusting customers accounts when issues arise
- Following up with queries - e.g. contact the warehouse if a customer has not received their delivery
Budget: £800 Per month - 4-5 hours per day, flexible when those hours are.
Pay is basic of £6.75 per hour.
There is a commission structure (after 1 month of training) with bonuses for every positive review generated, upsell and winback.
