CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED
5 days a week
1 - 2 hours per day (Expected)
Hours are not in blocks. This time would be spread out in Morning, Lunch and Afternoon.
MUST read and understand our products and technical manuals for the products that we sell and that you will be dealing with.
*This is partly a technical role*.
Customer emails are sporadic at this time, so we are looking for someone to monitor the inbox throughout the day from morning to afternoon. Most emails come in in the morning or the evening. This would be 1-2 hours / day spread throughout the day. Some days there will be no emails and others there will be more. The hours will reflect this.
IMMEDIATE REPLIES ARE REQUIRED. Replies must be completed within 1 hour and offer the desired answer / technical information as required.
Emails will be from various countries in numerous different languages. We currently use Google Translate, which we would expect you to use, for any non-English Customers. You must reply in the same language that the customer contacts in.
This job is taken on a 2 month trial period initially with successful candidates leading onto a long term project. This would result in becoming a long term Customer Service Assistant for our growing brand and various e-commerce stores.
Access will be given to one business Gmail account, set up specifically for this purpose and messenger access to FB page.
You will also be given limited access to the store, to allow for replacement order creation.
Only when customer emails come through, would action be required. Non customer emails will be dealt with by other members in the business.
Customer service will include answering customer emails and creating and sending invoices, upon request. (Template Provided).
We will also provide a copy of our product instruction guides for reference, you will be expected to read these to be able to deal with customer queries correctly. We will provide links to our stores and products upon confirmation of role and completion of NDA.
**Please note we are only looking for someone based in EU, as you would need to be available throughout the working day and is not possible to have this done outside of UK / CET timezone. ** Applicants who do not meet this will not be considered.
