Experience Level: Intermediate
The project is based Dubai for a time of 2-3 months starting latest 15 th February 2010.

The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English. It would be an advantage if she/he has consultancy experience. Leadership skills, monitoring and coaching skills with very good time management and organization skills is required.

The Manager is responsible for

- monitoring the work of the customer service officers
- track and manage the the workload of the customer service officers
- own and manage the performance evaluation, development and promotion mechanism for the customer service officers
- review and analyze the complaint reports
- prepare high level reports to submit to the Strategy Department
- working together with the different Departments
