Our firm, AllyTech USA, allytechusa.com, is seeking a professional entity to manage inbound calls and at times perform outbound calls for our clients. Clients will generally be calling as new clients as we are a startup. We have a challenge to capture all the incoming calls as potential customers go elsewhere if they reach voicemail. Upon receiving the call the entity will represent as AllyTech (ally pronounced as ali in Alibaba) and greet customers with the most understanding possible and in a friendly manner.
Our work flow is generally pretty light but we anticipate new call volume growth. It will be required of the individual to perform basic training of thirty minutes or so to learn our tasks. The entity will greet clients and create a ticket and schedule the appointment for the client via our website, allytechusa.com.

What time lines do you need covered throughout the course of the business week, assuming there's no work on the weekends?
Do you have a rough idea of how much time weekly will be required to man incoming calls and handle admin functions?
Are you using your own CRM or Voip for people to do this remotely
