Our client, a large multi-national company, is conducting a customer satisfaction survey over the phone between until November 20. The respondents are managers of companies in Australia and New Zealand who already know that this survey is coming to them and who will generally be glad to participate. The survey will contain around 20 questions. There will be approximately 10-50 respondents to contact and it will take you approximately 12 to 25 hours of work to complete this task spread over 3 weeks (number of calls to be made will depend upon your availability)
This job is for English-Australian speakers who have good phone skills and enough credibility to engage in highly professional dialogue with senior managers.
Applicant must have an up-to-date computer, high speed internet connection and a good headset.
You will be paid on an hourly basis and at a very competitive rate of US $15 per hour. However, your commitment to quality must be second to none.
