Experience Level: Intermediate
I run an accounting firm. I am looking for someone to help with admin tasks. These include but are not limited to:
- phone calls with clients - how are you getting on type calls
- following up leads - enquiry calls need to be responded to, ideally within 20 minutes of enquiry
- diary management
- social media tasks
- organising workflows using WorkflowMax - a knowledge of this software is a big positive
- entering data into Xero - again a knowledge of this software is a big bonus
- sending out information in the post to clients
- chasing clients for their paperwork
- producing reports
- organising my day - to do lists etc
I need someone who is very organised and am really looking for someone who is UK based.
If you have experience of working with an accounting firm in the past that is a big plus too.
You do need to be really comfortable on the phone and get up to speed with what we do quickly so that you can use terminology with clients, and if they ask simple questions you will know the answers without having to get back to them (you will receive training on this).
I am happy for this to be done at a distance and do not, necessarily, need you to come to our offices.
You will report into me - the business owner. I see this as a role that will grow with the individual that is taken on.
