Additional Clause to Commercial Participator Agreement

We require a clause to add to a Commercial Participator Agreement therefore we need someone of this speciality (commercial solicitor). The deadline we have for this job is Monday.

So the contract we need the clause for is a Commercial Participator agreement between textile recycler and charitable organisation. Through licensing the name and the mark of the charity for us to undertake collections on their behalf and through which we will guarantee a monthly payment to them. The length of the agreement is indefinite which runs on a three months rolling basis (i.e. three months notice to carry or three months to break).
As it is a launch of new cooperation we want to add additional clause of a trial period, during which lesser amount will be paid, and following trial period of 3-4 months, there will be quarterly reviews of incremental donation increase (with no guarantee obviously).

The clause needs to be clear and easily understood.
