Add an email subscription bar to my Wordpress blog

Hi,
Thanks for looking at my Job!
I've been running a blog for several months now and I'd like to add a bar which allows readers to subscribe and receive updates via email.
A friend was helping me out but he is now swamped with his own work so cannot now help.
I have a Mail Chimp account already, I just need someone to upload the code to my blog (I think!)
The price quoted is for this job only. However, it is possible that the successful applicant will be offered further work as I enhance my blog in the future.
