Access database with reporting, deployment and data import

Sales Order database development. Data is currently held in huge excel spreadsheet, which is too unwieldy, and if a user accidentally changes a formula, it can muck up the whole spreadsheet and take days to rectify. We want to migrate to an Access database, with the functionality outlined in attached spreadsheet. The database also prints off annual invoices, and generates an import .csv file that can be imported into Sage 50 accounting package such that the invoices are recorded in Sage. Note there is some functionality shown in the macro-enabled spreadsheet that I am not sure if Access can do it -so please read carefully! Must use Access 2007. Start asap.
